With laser cleaning being a relatively new process for plastic injection mould tools we were a little reluctant to try it on our extremely expensive tooling, however after using the process for several years now it has become an invaluable part of the cleaning process especially where PCR (recycled) materials are used, the team at Pure Lasers did some test pieces and created a 'laser recipe' that cleaned the tooling parts back to looking like new, without this process I struggle to see how we could have continued moulding recycled materials.
From day one, starting with guidance as to what machine would suit our specific needs , through to hands-on training and continuing through to day to day guidance and advice, the support from Alex continues to be wonderful and an inspiration.
